I'm Sticking With The Tea-Bagging...

It's a quote; Always Sunny style, don't worry haha...although I HAVE been enjoying my fair amount of tea! :) (which was the purpose for using the blog title... minus the fact I'm watching the hilariousness as we speak)
Do any of you watch it?? If you don't, you don't know what you're missing... if you enjoy hilarious characters, conversations about beer that go on for 10 minute, and pointless debates that end nowhere... it's for you. These men are genious. And I'm more of a fan of the older episodes too... they're wayy funny :)

On a more non-hilar note... my meals & snacks can be broken down like this...

Breakky has been the regular everyday with slight changes lately

Banana-Coconut oatmeal... I'll never be sick of this combo!

I've been really good (aka 7 years old) and bringing healthy, packed lunches & snacks to work :)
~Peach Chobani with Kashi Honey Almond Flax
~Gala apple on the siz-ide
~Nature's Promise Organic Oat Bran pretzel sticks

Eating my daily piece (or two... dark chocolate covered pretzel rods in my case) of chocolate...

Cereal for dinner... say whaaattt!?
With an intelligent H20 on the side....

Like I said... ridic amounts of mi amor... That's the extent of my Sarah-talk. I'm not too fluent :( hahaaaa, she's MUCH better!

Pumpkin Oats!
Because I can't help but eat them to get in the Fall/Halloween mooood ;)

MORE packed snacks for worky
~Teddie smooth PB & Pear Hazelnut spread on an Arnolds Thin
~Another Gala gotta gottaaa have Gala ;)
~Banana Nut Bread Clif Bar!!!! (new one for me! loooved it... how could I not? I eat bananas everyday ...TWSS, for real.... and I'm a huuuge b-bread fan when Jilly-Bean makes it )

Pumpkin Spice Lattes w. skim

Tonight... ALL I wanted after the gym was roasted veggies...
So obvi, I stopped at the store and picked up some of my favs to put on the pan & cook to deliciousness...
Carrots
Mushrooms
Onions
Eggplant
Yellow Squash
Small potato

Throughlyy enjoyed this ginormous bowl for din-din and my belly is happy & full :)

Could be the veggies....or the 2 glasses of this pretty thing:

Nooo I didn't do much damage to the tray of veggies or anything... uhhhh....

Gahh, loved every delicious bite!

Oh...speaking of GYM:

My workout yesterday was..
30 minutes on the treadmill / approx 2.5 miles / approx 290 calories

And today was..
45 minutes on the treadmill / 3.8 miles / 455 calories
I did intervals of 2 every 2 for 10 minutes total...

In other exciting Allio news... I bought my Halloween costume online today! :) Estimated date of shipment is 1-2 business days... sooo you will be seeing a pic of my sweet get-up at that time!

I'll leave you in suspense as to what I picked out (because I know you're all DYING to know... sarcasm at its finest haha)

What are you all dressing up as this year for Halloween!?!

I hate to admit it, but I fully support the Halloween rule for us chicas... it's the one day a year you can dress slightly less "conventional" than usual... HA! Oooops.... I think I also support the idea that if you work hard to look good in that costume, you deserve to wear it (and rock it with confidence!!!!) Do you agree??? If not, totally understand... if you do, power to ya! :)

AND... Julie's having an awesome giveaway right now!!! The lucky winner will get an amazing taste of Nature's Path organic products! :)

  1. You have now influenced my dinner for tonight - roasted veggies yeaah! I don't think I'll be doing halloween this year since it isn't big in italy but if I do it has to be simple since I have very little costume resources... black cat haha?
